Our Team
All of our nursery team are mainly qualified to Level Three or above, and we have some staff training for their Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
Our staff are chosen not only based on their professional qualifications but also for their enthusiasm, passion and warm, generous personalities. Everyone in the team shares a common goal which is to get the very best from each individual child and ensure a happy and secure environment.
Development
We encourage our nursery team to participate in personal and professional development by giving constant support and training. All staff team members are monitored continuously to ensure that we maintain the highest possible standards.
